The Avalanche is an elite choir of The Common Wealth of Zion Assembly COZA. It is rumored to be founded by the now defunct Ace music director Dunsin Oyekan who is no more with the ministry. The Avalanche is widely acclaimed for their excellence and expertise in music delivery. The are famed for being really versatile, being able to minister and performed an type of music, incorporating any type of genre. Unlike their contemporaries that stick to hymns, contemporary gospel music and modern worship, This choir is adroit. They won the Crystal Award winner for THE BEST CHOIR in Nigeria.
The group is made up of individually multi-talented singers, musicians, music arranged and instrumentalist. Bassist and singer Dunsin Oyekan headed the choir for a long time before finally abdicating the position.
COZA was founded by the very revered Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo.
